I am a Polish journalist living and working in London. My job does take quite a lot of time, but I can't imagine my kitchen without something Polish in it. And I don't mean the label. I mean food, which I always make myself, never buy ready products, never heat them up and serve as such.
Cooking is my passion and I would not do it if I did not know how. I am using this blog to share my knowledge with you and to encourage you to try something Polish today.
